Visualize designs in space
Transitioning from a 2D design to a 3D model is a pivotal step, offering a transformative opportunity to visually conceptualize the appearance and structure of a model in a more comprehensive and lifelike manner.
3D Models
Computer Aided Designed (CAD) 3D models serve as invaluable tools for visualizing individual parts within a larger assembly, offering a detailed and realistic representation of how each component fits and interacts. This visual insight aids designers and engineers in assessing the spatial relationships, identifying potential interferences, and refining the overall design before any physical prototypes are produced, ensuring precision and efficiency in the product development process.
The ability to simulate movements and interactions between parts in a CAD 3D model allows for the evaluation of functionality and performance. Designers can virtually test the assembly's mechanics, ensuring that components work seamlessly together and identifying any areas that may require adjustments.
Material Reference
Modeling materials not only enhances the visual realism of the model but also facilitates simulations and analyses, ensuring that the material's physical characteristics, such as strength and thermal conductivity, are taken into account during the design process
Assembly
CAD assembly involves precisely positioning and connecting these parts in a virtual space, allowing designers and engineers to assess how each element interacts and fits within the overall structure. This simulation enables thorough testing and analysis before any physical prototype is produced, contributing to the optimization of the final design.
CAD to CAM
CAD seamlessly transitions into CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), as the digital designs created in CAD software are translated into precise instructions for manufacturing processes, streamlining the production of physical objects with accuracy and efficiency.
We do not currently offer any CAM software or production, but our CAD models can easily be transferred to any CAM software necessary for third-party production.
